OPTION #1

With a partner for time:

12 Rounds:

20 KBS

200m Run

*Alternate rounds with a partner…..each person does 6 rounds of each couplet.

OPTION #2

With a Partner for time:

Sled Drag 1 Mile

*1 partner pulling, alternate as needed.

*Partner 2 holds sandbag in any method and walks with Partner 1.

**Both Options – As heavy as possible. 45 minute cap!
