L2 – 95lbs/65lbs, 150 DU or AMDUAP (Double Unders) in 5min
L1 – AMSSAP (Speed-steps) in 5 min, Jumping PUs, Load that is challenging but can do 3 unbroken

3. COOL DOWN
1:30/1:30 Banded shoulder stretch

COACH AND ATHLETE NOTES:
Today is all about your stamina with upper-body movements. For the WOD you need to target a weight that you can do all 5 unbroken each round. You also need to be done jumping, no matter what your scale, at 5 minutes, and time capped on pull-ups at 10 minutes. This one forces you to try and know your limits. Coming out of the gate too fast on the DUs or the PUs could hurt you on later rounds. Have a plan today!
