Take the 30 day, 30 minute, cardio challenge! Each day you will receive a 30 minute workout focused on longer duration cardiovascular effort. How to use this program: On November 30th the program will open with steps for you to complete. These include; What is the Cardio Challenge, What to Expect, Conversion Charts, Free Open Gym Code, and more... You will then receive "steps", or workouts, each day to complete. You may either complete the workout as written, a modified version, or 30 minutes of cardio of your choice. The goal is consistency over the "type" of workout completed. You will also receive ideas on how to modify the provided workouts should you be away from RCCF or cardio equipment. This Holiday season let's keep the blood flowing, and fire lit. Join me!
