Congrats on Making It to Day 40
Even though this is the biggest milestone of the Challenge, we’ll keep this relatively short.
You did all the hard work and stayed consistent. You refused to cut corners or bend the rules. You stayed disciplined when motivation was low.
You made it to Day 40 of RCCF Challenge. This was far from easy, but you did it—congrats!
Just remember: This challenge was never meant to be the end of your health, fitness, nutrition, or self-development journey. Rather, it was meant to be a springboard into the next phase of your fitness journey.
Perhaps now you’ll want to reset and commit to another 40 days of the RCCF Challenge with a tougher set of rules, or maybe you’ll want to tackle another challenge entirely, such as the RCCF Open Challenge. It could be that your next test is an event, race, or competition…
