Congrats on Making It to Day 40

Even though this is the biggest milestone of the Challenge, we’ll keep this relatively short.

You did all the hard work and stayed consistent. You refused to cut corners or bend the rules. You stayed disciplined when motivation was low.

You made it to Day 40 of RCCF Challenge. This was far from easy, but you did it—congrats!

Just remember: This challenge was never meant to be the end of your health, fitness, nutrition, or self-development journey. Rather, it was meant to be a springboard into the next phase of your fitness journey.

Perhaps now you’ll want to reset and commit to another 40 days of the RCCF Challenge with a tougher set of rules, or maybe you’ll want to tackle another challenge entirely, such as the RCCF Open Challenge. It could be that your next test is an event, race, or competition…

    It All Comes Down to These Last 10 Days

    Most of us have done a 30-day challenge in the past. Whether it was just a nutrition challenge or a fitness challenge, a 30-day effort is something you see a lot of in the fitness space.

    That’s precisely why we landed on 40 days for the RCCF Reset Challenge. This entire experience is meant to push you outside of your comfort zone, because we know that’s where real results happen.

    These next 10 days might be uncharted territory for you, and that’s good because if you’ve managed to stick with the challenge this far, it makes it that much more special.

    It’s just like training to get stronger: If you have a tough set of 10 reps to do, it’s reps 7-10 that pack the biggest punch in terms of getting you closer to your goal, but you have to do…

    Celebrate Your Accomplishments

    The halfway point of the Challenge is almost here and how you finish this half will set the tone for the rest of the challenge.

    Will you dread the fact that you’re only halfway there?

    Or will you take a progress picture and celebrate all that you’ve accomplished so far? Will you take that and use it to fire you up for how much more progress you will make in another 20 days?

    The decision is up to you. Tomorrow is our Day 20 milestone. LET’S GO!
